Yes! You will receive a email from Rinkside Sports with your order confirmation and order number. This email will also provide you with the status of your order. You will receive a email whenever your order is ready for pickup or with a tracking number if you selected shipping in checkout. 

Every order is different! From just a roll of tape to a brand new pair of skates with a profile and sharpening. Whenever the order is placed, within 30 minutes of ordering we are working on your order to be available to you as quickly as possibly. Since having 3 different store locations with 3 different pickup options, we will have to transfer the item from location to location. We make trips to all three locations on a daily basis to fulfill those transfer needs. 

Yes! As long as you have your phone number and email on your account in the store, whenever making a purchase online it will be used under the same account as the store! 

Every $150 spent with Rinkside Sports, you will receive a $8 credit on your account. The credits continue to build up unless you of course use them. You can use up to $16 in credits in one purchase. Normally, customers tend to use a $8 credit for a skate sharpening. You can use the credits with every purchase besides when purchasing a gift card. 

Rinkside Sports currently DOES NOT ship to Canada or anywhere outside the United States. More information is to come in the future. 

Rinkside Sports does offer express and overnight shipping with an additional cost.
